TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Global Transfer Services Ltd through associated applications makes available (for the internet users, direct clients and agents) data and services that are offered from collaborating parties, which together supply the end user with a online booking system allowing them to book, pre pay and ultimately make use of airport, port and other transfers in a number of European destinations.

All of these services & products are covered by the following terms and conditions. By accessing this application, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions that apply. Additionally, each service that becomes available as a result of using the current web application (e.g. Taxi firm, travel agency, Limousine services, individual driver etc) is also covered by the terms and conditions of that collaborating party.

We will not be held accountable for any issues arising from a service provided by a collaborating party. In case of any disagreement or in case that any of these terms fail to fully satisfy you (as a web user or travel professional) in any way, your authorization to use this web site or any related service, automatically ends.

BOOKING PROCESS

Upon completion of the reservation you will receive two emails.

Confirmation Email

It is clients' responsibility to notify us in the event of not receiving the confirmation e-mail or in the case that booking details have been entered inaccurately. All the details you have entered/or requested to be entered in the booking process will be displayed in the confirmation e-mail in detail. Please print and keep for your records (this in addition to the e-mail receipt).

Any changes to the transfer details will be subject to the amendment fees below. Any cancellations will be subject to the cancellation fees below. Please note: at the last step of the booking process all booking details will be fully displayed for review before the process is complete and the transfer confirmed. Please take this opportunity to correct any errors.

Payment receipt

When your transaction is completed and your booking confirmation e-mail has been received, your credit card will be charged. Your transaction will show on your statement as "Global Transfer Services ltd". You will receive an instant payment receipt to your email address which confirms that the transaction has been completed and that the money has been debited from your account.

AMENDMENTS

A. Amendments for 11 days or more prior to your transfer 5€ or 4GBP

B. Amendments up to 10 to 4 (10 to 4) days prior to your transfer 7€ or 5,5GBP

C. Amendments 3 to 0 - three last days - prior to your transfer 12€ or 9GBP (amendments for last 48 hours prior to your arrival, can not be guaranteed)

D. Please note: You can Freeze a Booking and use it for any future journey within 6 months of the original booking. (if you do not use the service you will not be refunded) Freezing your booking will incur a cost of >15€ or 12 GBP. This refers to all services unless it is shorter than 48hours prior to the service being delivered. In these cases there can be no Freeze. You may only Freeze your transfer once.

Important note: Although every effort will be made to meet last minute amendments requests (last 48 hours), including requests for routes not already in our system, extra vehicles, etc, these cases cannot be guaranteed.

CANCELLATIONS

Must be received in print by email. In all cancellation cases, you will be charged 5% of the initial fare plus the following charges:

A. Cancellations up to 20 days or more prior to your transfer there will be a 15€ or 12 GBP administration fee.

B. 19 to 10 days prior to your transfer - 20€ or 15 GBP fee.

C. 9 to 2 days prior your transfer - 25€ or 19 GBP fee.

D. Cancellations 48 hours prior your transfer or for no shows, there will be no refund.

E. In all cases clients have the option to freeze the booking - please see section D of "amendments" above.

IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL POINTS

We monitor all flight arrivals and services, for any possible delays therefore we will wait until your plane touches down. In the unlikely event that the driver and client can not meet in the specified area, we will try to locate the client via phone call.

However it is the clients' responsibility to provide a correct and valid mobile telephone number (incl. International code) at the time of booking. Failing to do so means that the client assumes responsibility for calling Global Transfer Services and informing us of any delays, amendments or problems locating the driver.

If the client does not supply a valid telephone number and fails to contact our 24hr emergency telephone number (printed on the confirmation email and voucher), resulting in a missed transfer, there will be no refund. Failing to provide correct travel details (flight numbers, time, etc) might result in missing the transfer, as we will not have correct details to monitor your arrival.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure all travel details are correct. There can not be any refund for these cases. In the event that an extra vehicle is needed (ie excessive baggage, oversized baggage, additional passengers, etc) additional charges for the extra/different vehicle used will apply.

Unusual requests, not included in the booking engine, are always welcome and our team will endeavour to meet them. There cannot be any guarantee that these requests can be met.

For all of our destinations the price covers all possible charges including waiting time after the flight lands. We always monitor the flights and take into consideration any flight delays so that our driver will be waiting for you. However, only for London, due to the airports' parking policy the customer has 1 hour of free waiting time after the flight lands. Exceeding this hour will result in charging 17 GBP every HALF AN HOUR to cover the driver's parking expenses.

COMPENSATION

Global Transfer Services Ltd will not be held responsible in any case for any claims exceeding the amount paid by the individual. In the unlikely event that the service is not delivered, the client can only be entitled to compensation up to the amount that has already been paid. No other claims can in any case be raised. Please note, in all destinations, drivers reserve the right to deny embarkation to the vehicles in cases of inebriated or misbehaved clients. There can not be any refund for these cases and in the event of damages there may be prosecution and damage claims.

INSURED VEHICLES

Regarding all insurance matters in respect of the distributed services (e.g. travelling of any vehicle) is clearly stated and accepted that since Global Transfer Services Ltd collaborates only with vehicles for which insurance coverage is a law obligation, the responsibility lies on the vehicle and on the vehicle ownership.

DATA PROTECTION

Global Transfer Services Ltd ensures confidential handling of all customer data received. Your online payments are secured by ssl certificates verified by Thawte international.

COPYRIGHT

All of our travel services, the design, code, graphics, etc of the current web page are protected by copyright and by intellectual property laws. Any use without specific written authorization is in breach of the related law. Unless clearly stated in writing, Global Transfer Services Ltd and its associates do not permit anyone to use any property in relation to patents, trade marks, or commercial information displayed in its sites.

Global Transfer Services Ltd retains all rights to adjust and change the terms and conditions at any time if it so decides. The usage of this application will be always on the basis that the more recent terms and conditions displayed on line apply.
